i did not think abt applying using both the scores.. are you sure this is allowed ?

SO does this mean that the toatal cost of RM would be around 5.5 lacs including hostel?

Thats cool to know that i can apply to RM through XAT and IRMA simultaneously.
Is the last date for RM througgh XAT is different?
Also which are the other insti, whose last date is after XAT exam. I mean the decent ones.

Thanks to all for quick response. hoping the same again.

Regards,
Amit

hey ppl!
I will be writing my examinations during may-june 08 and result will be out around September (IP University Delhi). Thus I'll be getting the degree after that only. so does that make me ineligible for XIMB as they have stated in elgibility :

"ELIGIBILITY:
Minimum three years Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, from a recognised University. Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree by June 15, 2008, may also apply."

Reply Quick plz

The criteria means that you should have completed all fomalities for your degree before june 15th. This includes the examinations. You can however ask your HOD to give u a letter stating that you will complete all your exams before that date. The degree certificate can be submitted at a later date as will be indicated by the admissions office later. If you clear the XAT and the GD/PI round, you will be granted provisional admission pending your result.

P.S all freshers are allowed to submit their degree certificate later....i did too...so no problems there.

The difference between what you want and what u get depends on only one factor......you.

I enquired at the admissions office. You can apply through both IRMA and XAT for the PGDM (RM) course at XIMB. You will have to apply separately (apply for XIMB through IRMA , and then apply through XAT). The admissions office will decide which score to take incase a candidate has applied via both the exams.

Hi akshi...welcome to PG....a truly wonderful world...as fer your query...

Yes, you can apply for more than one programme at XIMB, but you have to apply online separately and pay for each programme. You may note that the different programmes have different admission criteria.
