According to the attachments with the admit card, the first part would consist of 50 questions, and would test quantitative ability, analytical reasoning, verbal ability and awareness of contemporary social issues.

This is just the first part, but i feel this practically covers everything. Now what more woudl the 2nd part contain??! and yes, i have gone through the sample questions on the tiss website, but i dont know anything about HR, considering i would be making a switch from MR to HR. Where can i get some questions related to that to solve?

just giving u my point of view ...I think whatever u find on wikipedia et al..
about basic HR .(which won't be much) should suffice and as we all are new to this pattern ... one can never be sure of what to expect in Paper II..

I am one of the rejects of the last year ..hope to be lucky this time around ... but even I am feeling a little apprehensive about this new pattern ...

so let's hope for the best ...
maybe if anyone of us can find HR glossary somewhere and post it on forum it will come very handy to all of us ....I'll try and If I find it I'll post it here.

i guess all questions are compulsory means tht thr is no choice among any questions and we dnt hve to attempt all the questions if we dnt know the answers coz in ny case thr will be sm negative marking.

nybody who knows bttr bout this issue pls throw some light.

Well looking at it in that way....yup archna you could be right too...it will not be like our famed University papers where you solve 5 out of the 7 questions (1st question being compulsory :-))... anyone who has given the paper before knows how it goes? seniors any info here?
