Hi,
I see that TISS offers MA in HR mgmt.. and not a usual MBA. Could sumone please enlighten me on the basic difference? Does this MA hold as much value as a normal MBA?

This aditya iam done with my engineering now planning to get an MBA degree from TISS HR@LR , ia have got few doubts regarding the admission process , there is a slot in the application " your biographical sketch" can anyone help me out in this regard how actually should i start and my other doubts include social entre. programme some essay is to written Hypothetical business plan.iam not exposed to that stream and iam not awre of that and some marks are also given for that is that a good program to get in ? how are the placements? so can u please help me out in this regard.please kindly post the reply as the last date is just around the corner.

hi all i am staying in delhi and was to apply 4 tiss 2008-2010, i asked some1 to bring the form 4 me 4m tiss cash counter, but when i recieved the envelope there was no " cash receipt inside".
is every1 getting the form like that or is it that i have not got the cash receipt..
there are two stamps in front of the form and the amount paid is also written but no cash receipt visible!!??:

Hi,

To get into M.A (HR &LR) buisness plan is not needed.It is clearly mentioned in the application form.Buisness plan is required only for M.A. in social service....

Regarding your another query an biographical sketch can include following:
1)Academic intersts
2)Extra curricular activities
3)Co-curricular activities
4)Intersts
5)Strengths
etc.............

hi Varun,

They are not giving cash receipt if you have taken the form from the cash counter.Even i have bought it from there.The person giving the form is signing it .She told me that the signature is a proof of the cash receipt.
