IRMA has a good mix of participants with work ex and no work ex.....(70%-30%).
participants having work ex in IT companies like infy,wipro to guys having work ex in NGOS like pradan and even banks,itc etc mak the whole batch dynamic in itself......and well offcourse the freshers too add to the charisma of the batch as a whole....
and regarding selection process IRMA 's interview is the toughest part.....u hav to b genuine and thats the only thing they look forward......
