what are the eligibility requiremennts for IICT?

one of my friends has a diploma and graduation with 49%. Is he eligible for the course?

I am working pro with an MNC. Could you please let me know more about the distance MBA from IIML? I tried searching info on this course from the website but could just get the short term executive programs.

Is this equivalent to the regular MBA program? What is the fee for this course?
