Hey guys can somebody please help me out....

I have a very low score of 129 open category mumbai university ....with my uni rank as 1890 and state rank as 2400 ....... i have an exp of around 2 n half years ..........i have to take addmissions this year itself .... i cant wait for another year ...... i am ready to take admission in pune as welll i would like to know which colleges i can opt for as far as Pune is concerned ( apart from PUMBA which is out of question for me ).....
I am also very confused regarding my option form ? would it be wise and give me a guaranty for educaton if i opt for second round.....

plz guys plz HELP...........
