Hi All,
This is my first post to the forum. Well I am an engineer in Telecom Domain and possess around 5 years of experience.
I am planning to go for a distance learning program called Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management. This kinda distance learning program is available with Symbiosis and ICFAI. Now, my query is which one to opt. Data Points to be considered are:

1. Which one is having a better a value in Industry, what wud be the difference in between the two.
2. Ease of learning as in examination if subjective or objective.
3. Fees is not much a constraint.
