i just got a mail from Indian business academy, bangalore & wanted to know how the college is??
cant really tell too much from d site!!

also wanted to know if applying to welingkar mumbai is a good idea or not...

so if neone has ne inputs on this, plz post....

LOL me too got the mail today that I hv been shortlisted for their GD/PI on the basis of my XAT score.. and i still havent recd my XAT scorecard till now.. LOL ... and they hv asked me to pay 650 bucks for attending the GD/PI.. LOL wud get myself a full bottle for DSP Black instead ;-)

i too received a letter from IBA saying that i have been shortlisted for GD PI on the basis of my XAT score...it's in bangalore . i faintly remember having heard tht name(btw i m frm blore).....dont think it's good enuff & of course i am not goin there...

website not very helpful..IMS website doesnt says much.. Anyway, an institute which calls ppl who have not applied to it doesnt paint a nice picture....
I suggest chucking that...

Wonder how they get our postal addresses?? This is something which invades into our privacy. Sending emails are ok, but this is almost spamming in the true-world meaning.

Chill people... Look, there are some real desperate ppl who will be ready to get into any school that will take them. So, this school is just trying to rope in such guys... who are ready to get an MBA no matter what... It might be a good call for some guys!!! If u dont want it... Ignore the mails. It happens everywhere...

About this School.. Is it based in JP Nagar, bangalore... I had visited that school about 2-3 yrs back when I was desperate to get in somewhere (was clueless about CAT then... Still am.. but in different ways.. )!!! Its a very small building.. dont know if they have shifted campus.. It almost passes off for a lil big house... !!! I met the Dean... Actually i was interested in some exchange program they have (rather had) some US school!!! But later dropped it... since I wasnt impressed with it!!! This is all the info I have...

LOL... since they have mentioned clearly that they hv shortlisted on the basis of XAT.. where else can they get the address from other than XLRI ?? so blaming XLRI for the spamming business now ??? those who hv calls obv. wont ;-)

Talk about spamming and i have recived a mail from Prime Tutors yesterday. It has the exact address i gave in CAT OMR Sheet. Name also exactly with the same initials. and know what, they were congratulating me on my success in CAT. how does they know about it...???? and they were offering me a gd/pi package provided i agree to some conditions...
now, lets blame IIMs for spamming...
