hi friends finished my GD-PI yesterday at
MIT SCOOL OF MANAGENENT,PUNE.I
The smiling face upperside suggests it was an excellent experience.
i was very much impressed with the management done by DTE.there wasnt any from the colllege in panel.all were from mumbai and the panel changes every third day.
everyone involved was very co operative and even the staff like peon had something to asvise u like fight in the gd,speak and speak.
ok now the process begins.we gathered in a room to fill up the bio-data form.then
were taken to the gd room.they wud tell u on what criteria u wud be assessed.
our topics were:
1.)the age of information
2.)India-china :friendship or enmity.
everyone selected the second one.only 6 guys were present.
i spoke and contributed valid points and was satisfied with my performance.those who dont speak the panel members asked them to speak sth in hindi or marathi.
after gd,pi started.in a big hall three panels were there.
i caught up with 2 ladies and was cursing my luck but as it started i had to chenge my attitude.they were so cooperative.
questions were:
how was ur experience in city pf pune.
which games u play.
what is the best thing u wud like to change in this world?
what do u like most in this globalised world?
what r ur future plans and where do u see urself after 5 years.
which field u wud choose for specialization and why...?
why do u think management is yr career.
all i learnt in this process is that dont overstress urself the level of competition is low what u shud do is put ur thoughts logically and be short.
the candidates were not dressed properly coming in jeans and t-shirt that shows how
casual ur approach is.we shud accomplish all which r in our hand.must put on tie ,shoes........they r very helpful in nature and if they r not u cant change them.u have a lot of time to speak in gd.if u r a little gud u wud get gud marks as there r very few who satisfy them.
SO ALL THE BEST TO REST OF THE CANDIDATES.
i m sure u wud benefit from my experience.
I was quiet satisfied with my performance and hope a gud career ahead.
