I m thinking of taking up entrance test to ExMBA at G'bad.
How's the selection process? How many students take the test and how many are selected?
Is the interview, GD and test all gets completed in 1 day?

last to last yr they had 22 students ..cuurent yr it's not known...call letters r out...but reposnse is too dull in PG..guys pl join in fast..we can share a lot

Hi Subi - Thanks for initiating this thread. i came searching for it.
I have also got the offer for Exec-PGDM from IMT Gzb, however, have no idea how many have they called in for this program. Also, this time they are starting quite early (26 Jul) as compared to last time's 1-Aug.
I have one question - does IMT have any tie-up with any bank for Loans. Infact, Any info on getting quick & hassle-free student-loans will be sincerely appreciated.

It would be great if somone can share about the placement scenario for the current batch.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Engg (Comp Tech) and currently working with TCS Ltd. Have 7+ years of WorkEx.

In the site, the start date of the course is mentioned as June 26 and not July.

I too got a call and m analysing the prospects whether to join or not.
Actually my point is whether one should join this course or try for other BETTER-KNOWN institutes like XLRI, MDI....coz folks itz all about money if your intitute can help in fetching you a job with a salary of your interest then it can be termed as viable option otherwise not......so try to gather some information about that key issue.......by the way my profile stands as:

Regarding placement..i had some information which has been confirmed by two separate sources which r doing PGDM (E) currently...Trident has selected 6 guys with CTC in the range of 11to 17 Lacs.. pkg seems to be good..placement doesn't seem to be a detterrent now..as far as course is concerned ..u have to definitely place it well below those from ISB,IIMs, GLIM but at similar /edge below that from MDI, SP Jain if u compare reputation of the Instt/placement..there r also few problems with MDI and SPJ ..in MDI u won't get ur desired classroom ambience as 65 out of 80 guys are sponsored fm govt sector..in SPJ ..u don't have marketing (a dettterent for mortal like me!!!)..from ISB and IIMs if u do a course, u become poorer by 8-16lacs...looking at that it makes sense to join this course..only thing personally i wanted to know was the overall profile of the selected guys..so far it is fantastic..all of u seem to have enviable background/exp...let's interact more..each one of us should put whatever info each one has got into this plateform..let's debate..n decide
