..Well, i was wondering when we are faced with a situation like GMP for one year ..How good does dat do wen some one like me is planning for a shift to the HRM from IT ...
I have more than 4 years exp in IT ..and now i want migrate to HRM ...I know the shift might not work easily .One more question wud like to raise here ;i have heard that for the GMP 2010 batch the required experience is 5 years .Does that mean by March 2010 ; one shud hold 5 + exp ?
Also how do we differentiate between this various One year MBA programmes such as SP Jain ,XLRI etc.
