i guess one reason for that is the absence of any crystal ball with any of the candidates, using which they cud have looked into the future, saw their gd and pi happen and then post it here

Ok..the first expe till now..A guy Ritesh Agarwal from PG has jus finished with his GD/PI so m writing it here..he may add later if he likes..

GD topics
1)Frogs are better pets than Lizzards
2)Commercialisation of Health sector
GD duration-2.5 mins 45 secs time to think..entire GD over in 5mins
INtervw (over in about 10mins or so)
1) quesns about acads..
2) some general stuff about Eco such as about budget,NIFTY,etc
3) work ex related queries
They are giving the candidate time to leverage on..so if u have been asked something.be prepared to give them good gyan..so that it creates a good impression..dnt blabber too much on topics which u dnt have ne knowledge..coz then they can catch u further at any point and then grill you..

its strange why people are not posting their experiences.....
met a few candidates who had come to XIMB campus for their GD/PIs...
so i'm just narrating whatever little info I had gathered from them..
GD topic for the morning session:
Mediocre and arrogant?
GD topic for the afternoon session:
Is is justified to use agricultural land for setting up a car manufacturing plant?
Some PI questions asked to students:
General stuff relating to the economy, questions on budget , sensex, why would prefer to leave your current job to do an MBA (for people with work-ex), acads (depending on the background).
A candidate from commerce bg wqas quizzed on NPV, IRR and questions in capital budgeting.
