Hi All..

The wait is killing..)..Still no response from IMI..I guess will have to sit through the week to know the final status..Incase I get through I should be given the "Patience Award"..Applied in December..Interviewed in Jan..Waitlisted in May and may be Admission in June..)...Awesome..

Ok enough Sarcasm....

For the time being does anyone have more updates..or new Updates in relation to any aspect of the course..??..Please pass on...

hi all,
this is Pradeep Verma joining IMI Exec PGDM 2008-09.Having Work ex of 7 yrs in IT.Appeared for IMI entrance.

To keep this thread moving , I called up Soma Jana today and was informed that the Hostel allotment for Exec program should be done in a day or two.Was told that the delay in hostel allotment was because of the concerned faculty being on vacation.

Hi Pradeep,

Are you talking about the Entrance Test conducted by IMI for candidates without GMAT score?
If yes, can you please share the details? I mean the sections on which questions are asked (Quant, Verbal, etc),types of questions asked, difficulty levels and also how did you prepare for the test.

Hi, there were three sections in the test :-

1) Verbal - Mostly as per GMAT / CAT which tests your ability for usage.
2) DI, DS - Pretty easy mostly on the lines of SNAP, ICFAI & NMAT
3) Quant - Pretty easy mostly on the lines of SNAP, ICFAI & NMAT

I beleive no sepecific prepration is required.

I am looking forward to IMI PGPM-Ex course 2009-10. I have three years of work ex as of now in IT. CAn you guys tell me some more details about the course and its prospects . I would appreciate if someone of you who is pursuing the course can throw some light on the details of course and placements(Also the profiles offered)

Finally got a call from IMI and I will be joining..hoping nothing goes wrong now...joining on 4 days notice...chaos raining..
