Hello Friends,

I have a few queries for the current IIFM students as well as the alumni.I would be really grateful if you could please help me out with some of the doubts i have.

I am an ETC graduate(2007 passout) having worked in the IT industry but looking for a serious change to do something in my field of interest.The choice has more to do with my instinct/intuition whatever you call it.I'll be answering CAT09 for the first time,and did get to know a lot about the cut-offs etc for IIFM through this helpful forum.

-What are the chances of a prospective applicant with my profile making it through the admission procedure?As in if you can throw some light on the class distribution.

-I would also like to know about the job profiles offered at the placements considering the amount of exposure to working specifically in the field of Environment as in working on the field?

-Also how do you rate the course(with some detail inputs please) in terms of your initial expectations being met at the completion of the course as well as applying it in your current job?

-Finally,some inputs on the campus environment and the culture being imbibed at IIFM which matters a lot these days.

hey! i saw the rankings that have been posted this year by pagal guy

i am taking my cat this year and am an iifm aspirant....

how come that many colleges like nit trichy(rank 55) have SIGNIFICANTLY lower cat cut offs than iifm(rank 56)

i am a newbie.help me out.
