first i think you did not understand my post ( so there is a groan there) else you have said things on the same line.else i would like a clarification,please, how did you find my post un-useful.

you were doing a distance education course for what?? didn't you check the approval earlier before ?
if you did , why crib later then ?
i have my research in place , and there's no doubt the reputation of Christ (mba) is far more than alliance and way way ahead of XIME ... no questions. better you should check for yourself. i know a couple of folks who passed out from Christ , right now they are working for P&G . and they pretty much said that , yes alliance is coming up but it has things to work out. plus i really doubt the placement figures quoted by Alliance..

i'll tell you why i groaned at you , your post is in no way useful here, those who have been at this thread know far more than you do ..thats what i could infer from your post.. just have the patience and read the whole thread , its just 26 posts, should not take long.

do you have an understanding problem ? and without understanding anything you just use the groan button .. i think you did not even understand what pratyush had written.

what you and he is saying is like chalk and cheese. he pointed out that ohio unversity degree is not better than MBA from banglore university. which is true.

and as he puts it , most people here know better than what you know.

i dont see a single senior on this thread, maybe there is no internet connection (tells us about the infrastructure or an indication at least) . do you have your date yet ? i dont ... called them yesterday and the lady asked me to send my Mat form number and Roll number , (which i did immediately) still no updates..

about the interview , what can they possibly ask ? should be a mix of subjects (as lower grade colleges tend to do so) but i will be happier if they ask me about my job and future prospects.. cause i hardly remember anything taught in graduation , come to think of it , did we ever study ?? i did not

and as an old saying goes.. do your best and get ready for the worst.. (or was it something else).. aah the equity market had a bad day today and i am not in good mood ...

GD is goin 2 b very easy simple topics we got some kashmir issue topic so thats goin 2 b easy

then pi will b all academic based as in if ur a bcom students u can expect question related to shares or debentures or economics n general questions like tell me somethin abt urself,hobbies etc
on the whole its goin 2 b easy bt if u hv wrk ex and gud acads then surely expect a final call....

look at the 7L p.a. closely , and the whole stats closely , you will find there is some ambiguity. as not one student got the 7 L offer but it was still mentioned.(could not figure it out.)

anyway i have decided to chuck off the interview; had it as a backup , but somehow i realise its not that great as a backup as well.
some points that put me off -- its non-residential (i always maintain MBA has more to it that just plain academics) , have not seen any company according to my needs and a couple of others. i have my options in cat allied and ICFAI.

dats the prob for me. i hv IBS interview on 12th...n fees of 1st yr 4 christ has 2 b submitted by 11th. now i can hv either IBS or christ...

hv 2 take risk..lets c
