PR ppl get the highest, followed by adv, and then journo and a/v.
but don loose ur hope, every one grows very fast in the industry (if u r good). AV ppl going in animation really make a bundle..
and journalism is pickin up. now both print and electronic media pays equally.
remember one thing, ur salary will differ on the job profile, some have high start and steady growth, others have modest beginnings but faster rate of growth.
ill get back to ya abt the extra tests.

sem exams and final projects and assignments took me away...
well we leave for footprints this monday..
well.. journo avg salary might be for 10k.(thts the last updated info) but changes every yr depending on media industry.. usually u start making a lotta money by end of one yr of ur job...
do join us for footprints in november... we gonna hold it in delhi, guwahati, kolkata, mumbai, chennai, bangalore, lucknow and ahemadabad this time..

hi all
can u tell me the xct cutoff for both the courses of SIMC???? Im horrible at quant, so will thata b a major hurdle???? im xtremely interested in mass comm nd hav gt published 2or 3 articles in hindu and HT. so does that giv me an edge?????
and also tell me where r the chances of getting a call more in either of the two courses???

for SIMC they mainly look @ Verbal score.I forgot d last yr cutoff.But it is sure that one has to do well in verbal.
