Hey Seniors,

I have already applied with a percentile of 79.33. I have 22 months of work ex in a market research firm. Good acads, decent extra curriculars.. Hope I stand a chance of getting a call.

Also when can we expext the list to be declared?

sorry boss .. right now no idea bout the dates .... actually the whole process of application retrieval is managed independently by the central admn office ... so right now they r into collating the responses ... u can call in at any of the office nos. given the the site ... the guys over there wud assist u ... will get back to u as soon as v get hands on the relevant info

hey hemant ... i had a chat with the HOD today regarding cases like the one u hav stated ... in all such events if the candidate has applied before 29 jan (n u toh hav applied 4 days prior) ... wud b considered in ... so no worries .. relax ... u hav a good score ... my best wishes to u

what are the type of questions that is asked for the PI..? Is it technical based on the ACADs?

WHat are the type of GD topics? is it any general topic or should we expect anything based on finance(monetary policies)?

me having cat percentile 78.66,around 30 months work ex in chemical industry.
can anybody tell what r the chances to get call for GD PI.its taking too much time.

I have secured 61 percentile in CAT. But i have an academic performance averaging above 80 percent in BE and have a flair for extra curricular activities.

What chances do i stand wrt nitt?

hey ... the type of questions asked in the PI would be a mix ... there would a focus on knowing u as a person (so prepare well for some self related questions, do some introspection) and there would b a stress on ur acads as well ... since the admn commitee is particular bout the understanding of the fundamentals u learnt during the graduation ... so prepare some technical questions related to ur area of qualification .... plus brush up on the current happenings ... n try to form ur own views regarding them(it will help u both in GD n PI) .... GD topics can b anythin under the sun ... b it technical, social, economic or abstract ....
