IBSAT: Story of 3hrs in a heartbeat! ----- RESULTS OUT-------

Hey folks, heard a lot tht the test wud b a walkthru. No negative marking, etc.
Took the test today. It was a spinner.
The test was easy. But 3hrs. Oh my good god.

The first surprise was the one-fourth negative mark. Then, the timed sections .
Time wasn't sufficient for the first one ( QA ). Attempted abt 42 in 45min.
The second section ( DS) actually made life look good! 45min for 45 que.
Completed it in 32min and was admiring nature from the window ( coz the gals were pretty... dull. )
The 3rd one. well completed it in abt 20min. Nap II for another 5min.
The 4th one: Just enuf time to attempt. For the first time in a yr, attempted Reasoning questions, for it was a separate section. My brain needs some
oiling ( may b MAK lubricants).
The last one was wht made me feel tht I was not taking a Mock test but was in an actual exam hall. You guessed it right.
RC - 20min, 40que.

NO Idea wht the cut-off was last time.
Urmad said yesterday tht he had attempted abt 140Q last time. Did well to get 38th rank.
He n others who've taken IBSAT last yr shud b able to give a better pic.

i took IBSAT in cochin....leaving for mumbai tomorrow.
planning to take all the other exams there i.e IMT, XAT, IIFT, SIBM , NMAT and ofcourse our fav CAT... where did u take the test Avipals?

HI Ppl, THe Reasoning que were yorkers, ya. But it was such a good batting practice, I enjoyed the 3rd session.
I am playing all these one dayers from my homeground, Secunderabad.
Ivan, I'm competing with u in all exams except XAT.

Hey guys......First up.... my sincere aplogies to u all for what i'd said......like i'd mentioned, i wasn't really into the details.....newayz......looks like u folks landed up decent attempts......shall try to enquire around in college tomorrow from ne of the admission folks..... (btw, our college was on vac till today) .......n yea, last time around , afair, these folks gave the results real quick......hardly 5-6 days.....let's c how it goes this time.... the increased <tufness> might have to do with the fact that these folks have got huge responses, i'm told, this year to ibsat......all the best to all of ye shall post anythin more if i can get across...
