I am also shortlisted......
Somehow I am not as thrilled as I should be (actually the reason is, couple of days back I have got an admit from IIML Executive MBA program http://iimlnc.ac.in/ipmx.php) 
Have decided NOT to appear for the interview (since have made up my mind to go for IIML) - will be replying back to XLRI (just in case they want to invite a replacement)

I too got interview call..... Interviews are said to be in first week of march...

GMAT - 700
Work ex - 4 years 9 months as of March 31, 2008 (1 year international)
Acads - Excellent (BE Mech. Mumbai Univ)
Extra currics - Excellent
