thanks for the reply. then tell me what are the options for a person from navy. will the placement be better. by the way , i have heard a lot about the gmp coordinator. old gmp student had a bad experience with him. some call him hitler, some ravana and some called him a cheater. so no need to talk to him.
please guide me for the course. whether it will be suitable to do the course.

Hi Guys,
I am working in Government Service (Police). But, nowhere on the xlri website is mentioned, whether Government Servants are eligible to apply. Website says "Public / Private / Non-Government". Do they mean Public as synonimous to Government? Any Government servants on board already in the current / previous batches? Please clarify!

Yes, Government is synonymous with 'public'. So, feel free to apply to GMP. All the best!!

Hey Ramki,

Admission notification would be out around in october. (tentatively)
Current batch has significant number students from govt sector/PSU such as NTPC, SAIL etc. Placements for such students have been pretty good. You can check website for more details on placements.

as told in the previous post the admission notification is around october,along with XAT (if u want to get through XATroute)u have to exercise ur option GMP or more than one.
regarding batch information there are many people from govt sector ,PSUs like NTPC and SAIL.perticularly i know three from SAIL and one from NTPC(though i had appear in the interview cd not made it to final) .so far as placement is concerned its good.BRAND XLRI helps...
