Refund in Maharashtra MMS Admissions

Considering I get admission in Vacated Seats rounds, will I be able to take refund from one B-School immediatly and pay the other?

Or should I make contingency plans?

hey whts vacated seat round.. and colleges hav come out with cancellation against admission forms .. wht is that 4?

After seats are alloted some students may not join or cancel because of better oppurtunites (abroad or domestic). these are the vacant seats.

As per Annexure 3, page 42 of CET brochure under point 2.0

in bold letters it is written
The admission taken under cancellation is independant of the admission taken through CAP conducted by the competent authority. therefore, the refund rules of the respective institute will be applicable for the cancellation of admission of such vacant seats. Institutes will specify these rules of refund on their Notice Board, Institute information brochure as well on their website before the start of institute level admission round

Was there a need for an exclusive thread for this question. If yes then either the DTE Brochure is not giving proper info..or u r not doin ur homewrk. I guess this relaxed attitude is not good..Vinod u need to be aware as would be manager and updated bout ur stuff. I never knew tht CET admissions could be so painstaking or can be made to look so by ppl.

Well - The cet brochure did not give enough info regarding Refund, or I might have overlooked it. Anyway since all colleges have different rules, guess I have to call each of them.
