MS-Home University (Pune Univ)- 140-145
MS-Other University- Above 155
OMS- Above 165

These are all 1st round admission cut offs and may go down in the 2nd Round (Vacant Seats admission round)

Ok dude!! I am not an expert on this, n to be frank, it is difficult for any1 to predicate the probable cut offs, wait for a couple of days.sat ko results hai, phir dekh kya hota hai.
Btw, wellingkar luks pretty difficult with only 15% seats reserved for us, u might just make it to SIES.

Pune has become a manufacturing HUB today, and all the manufacturing giants viz Bajaj Auto, Bharat Forge, SKF Bearings, Bajaj Tempo, Atlas Automotive,Daimler Chrysler, Atlas Copco etc are regular recruiters at PUMBA. And majority of these offer a 4.5 + Gross package. And for your information, very few of these companies actually pick up students from outside Pune as they get what they want in PUNE itself. ...mind you thts a very small list. PUMBAs Brand equity and MAssive alumni chain will ensure that you end up in the desired corporate function. With a DUAL MBA SPECIALIZATION at PUMBA, I think infact you will be all the more enabled to crack your target.

I second that daddu, pumba for me was always a "if I dont get any other good college then I'll go for pumba" option, but not anymore.
Apart from the likes of FMS,JB, n IMDR, I dont think there is any other college in india that offers u an MBA @ cost of peanuts n a 35 batch strong alumni base.
wat more can 1 ask for?
I've already made up my mind, its pumba all the way for me....

Hi Acad and all enthu guys,

I am a Mumbai University candidate, wanna get into PUMBA desperately. My cousin also did his MBA from PUMBA in 2001, he is now in New York, USA working as Project head in Citicorp. I have a score of 129 and am sure to cross 150+. But I hear competition is heating up due to PUMBA becoming autonomous and its excellent placements. Can any1 tell me whether I can make it to PUMBA....plzzz. I am sure, if I do not get PUMBA or JB, I will do my MBA only next year.

Vinay, somewhere mentioned that the cut offs for non pune univ candiates is likely to be in the range of 150-165 so ur very much in the fray dude.
neways just 1 more day for the results, so u might wannaa sit back n relax a lil, jo hona hai woh hoke hi rahega.
