Kartik i m working in Hewitt.. n there r lot of employees who r frm TISS.. so i guess u hav wrong information....

Yes, there have been a few companies that had to go empty handed this year. This was primarily because of few Pre-Placement offers and Field placement offers. This means that these people moved out of the process and were not available for the process. This happens in every campus and especially at TISS as the no. of students have been limited till the last batch, 30 i.e. From our batch such incidences would be on a decline as no. of students would increase.

If companies go empty handed that speaks good about the college as students were able to make the choice of not going to companies that wanted them, but made the choice on the basis of what their preference was!!!
