Hi abhinaya,

It does not pay to be a quant person at all... you need to have certain level of aptitude... however if you are comfortable with other aspects of the test, DI & LR, then you could ignore the quant... THERE IS NO VERBAL SECTION ACCORDING TO THE BROCHURE... it would be safe to assume that verbal section would not form part of the test... last time when i took the test profit n loss, percentages, averages and basic numbers sufficed... after that its just speculation... can't be sure... but it should be enough... other than the things mentioned earlier do look into probability...

Yea it is. THank god for that. But what do you think happens when you're name is on the list but you still dont have an admit card? i havent called TISS yet. Has anyone? and to answer your question i think you could use the number mentioned in the brochure or website...I've already looked it up: 91-22-2556 3289 /90/ 91/92/93/ 94/ 95/ 96. Please tell me if you've called and if yes, whats the status now?

Hey i called TISS, they said incase you do not get your admit card , carry the print out of the sheet from the site that has your name on it and the Instruction sheet and an identity proof.

That clears a lot of confusion!!! As mentioned earlier in this thread, the admit card can be made on the day of the exam... Thanks Ankita for confirming that... guys now don't worry about the admit card and give finishing touches to your preparations... be aware of the current affairs as of a month ago... try and look up articles and news reports from aug to mid dec...

yea.. That is very releiveing. But TISS as an exam is so very unsettling. This time next week, it will all be over. I hope there arent any nasty surprises

Hi

I have read that TISS has reservation for workex janta. So those guys are limited to allocated seats or they fight for non reserverd seat also...

any info abt that

40 seats are reserved for ppl with workex of 2 years or more... But people with workex can compete for other 40 general seats available...
