hey buddy...i got the interview same tym... but i'll go for two yr course...abt placements i can say tht i got thru spjain dubai but nt taking it cos its one yr course only...gud enuf companies come to spjain both from india and the middle east... no prob gettng placement in india as companies do go to singapore...its a diffrt matter all together whether they cum to IMT or not... check out www.spjain.org for info on dubai placements. u myt get sm idea frm thr...

Hey...yes am planning to join the IMT 1 yr Executive MBA if i get the final call...regarding my profile...i have almost 3 yrs of work ex in production line and am looking for a shift in Finance stream....lets see how it goes....lets keep eachothers progress posted

why are you not trying for SP Jain Singapore/dubai, it offers to specialization in finance... I would rather wait and apply to SPJ next year than to join a college which has a track record. But then again its my personal opinion.

I believe IMT dubai, is general MBA prog //..... then would be able to get into core finance in one year time???? What do IMT ppl have to say regarding this ???

Yeah thts a nice suggestion and agreed tht its more sense to apply to an established place but...then SP Jain admissions r over now and i dont wanna loose another yr...so by the time we get into SP nxt yr...i'll almost be thru wid this course...so makes sense to me as of now....and regarding the Finance Knowledge...i agree its a General MBA wid lil effort on FIN but am doing CFA as well and have cleared 2 levels of it....so my FIN knowledge will come from there and therefore am not really concerned bout the Fin MBA...thts the whole idea.
