Whoa awesome score mate! Are you a Maharashtra candidate or otherwise(are you my competition or no!!..)

I am 144/200, 99.74%tile and a Mumbai candidate.

I just read some posts above that, there are seats reserved for outside Mumbai candidates. So, are these out of the already existing 42 seats for the open category?

Can someone kindly elucidate the allocation of seats(OMS, Reserved, Outside Mumbai, and Open Mumbai)?
