IsquareIT (I2IT),Pune MBA(IT) course

hi.. anyone here applying for MBA(IT) @ International Institute of Information Technology, Pune??

is this institute worth applying for MBA(IT)??

I found their CFD course quite intresting and almost ended up applying. Then on re checking the profile of the institute, I found it has hardly any repute. And the profiles of the faculty is hardly inspiring. Compare the faculty profiles of one of this institute with those of any of the A grade schools and you can see the difference. And they have been very smart in talking about placements. They say something like it is a continuous process and a joint effort between student, which I would take to mean 'No Placement'.

any idea about howz MBA(IT) program.. i chk their website www.isquareit.ac.in they have good colobaration with diff. university and they also put placement data but no result of wht is highest,avg,low salary..

hi ravi,

first of all please check the authenticity of this college because in india we only have 4-5 IIIT, no isquareit....... IIIT- A, IIIT-B, IIIT - Gwalior, IIIT- hyd and IIIT - Calcutta.

now private orgn are making use of this IIIT tag, and want to take advantage, I am a product of IIIT-Calcutta. we also have one private college as IIIT. So dont be confuse among Indian Institute of Information Technology and International Institute of Information Technology, though IIIT - Hyd is International Institute of Information Technology, Hyd. If you have any other option go for that.

well.. thanks for ur reply. but this I2IT (Internatinal Institute of Information Technology) Pune is not a bad choice at all. its a Project of HOPE foundation from Finolax Ind...

also placement r also quite good one..

yes buddy
chked all aspects of this institute and finally decided to join in
one of the good adv of this instiute id that it has Incubation Center..
in this center they give training to ppl who want to become enterpreneur after completing MBA

so its good for my kind of ppl who dont want to b a part of rat race and want to become enterpreneur

i m a student.. of isquareit,pune feels quite embarassing when people make a mockery of a gud college..

i dunnt think any college is listed on Nasscom.? How many colleges in India are SAP/SAS/Tibco/CA partners any ?

well, the point is isquareit doesn't boast of these.. achievements.. or affiliations.. yep itz very much a part of.. Finolex group with mentor as prof. bhatkar.. the very own man responsible for super computer in india.

but this is very much a tech. college.. nd.. i guess they've changed eligibility criterion to engineers only..

i dunn think i can give in some url's to talk abt i2it/iiit/isquareit.. but itz international purely.. with gud strong base in moscow/singapore
