first and foremost can you be more specific as to what info u want,i'm a first year student at NMIMS.As rightly mentioned by Ankur the placements and faculty both are gr8.anyways there are so many things to tell u so unless u ask a specific question it wud be difficult to reply.

hi Misha,
the DI,DS,LR,QA part in NMAT is very easy,thereare some good vocabulary questions ,but the point here is not to clear the cutoff but to score high coz unless you don't score high your cumulative marks won't be good.last year the cutoff was 100/150 but i hardly know any guyin NM scoring less than 120 and getting final admission.

a frined of mine bought the NMIMS form & he told me that this time no where in the form is it mentioned that one needs to score 100/150...or say for that matter no cut off mentioned.

mik | This time there is one more surprise in NMIMS prospectus i.e Nothing has been mentioned about GUJRATI quota. last time it has 50%Gujju quota + 15% management quota seats and it was given in prospetus clearly. Have NMIMS done away with GUJJU quota. | | | | | | | |

hi,
last year NMIMS had 30% gujju quota and 20% management quota and that was decided after the GD PI results were out .so nothing can be commented so earlythis year the management quota is 15% for sure but nothing can be said of gujju quota as of now

hey guys... What bout the section of general knowlege kinda thing which they have mentioned in the brochure of NMIMS????
is there any link of paper pattern or any one who has given NMAT cud help me out???
what i want to know is the chances of getting to NMIMS if u r a non-gujju....
and bout the placement in there....they say in brochure that 100% placement and by 2010 the college will be in top ten in Asia!!!!!
What do u think guys?any NMIMS ppl around here?

| Classic case of Modesty ... instead of top 10 in world they are satisfied with top 10 in Asia.
1. No one selects a B-School for what is is going to be 6-10 years down the line. So I don't give much weightage to this claim.
2. I'm not sure what will happen 6 years hence ... but for now they don't even feature in top 10 of india.
