In the continuation of our efforts to become a credible interface between B-Schools and aspirants we are glad to present Mr. Rakesh, the senior relationship manager from Indian Business Academy. Selection Process
The selection process consists of:

•Aptitude Tests(CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA)
•Group Discussion
•Personal Interview
•Psychometric Test
•Essay

Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Final year students are eligible to apply.

The stages of selection process and the weightages are:
Aptitude Test Score : 80 Marks (CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA)
Group Discussion : 70 Marks
Personal Interview : 70 Marks
Psychometric Test : 25 Marks
Essay : 15 Marks
Academics : 30 Marks (Assessment will be given based on your Academic records)
Work Experience : 10 Marks (Assessment will be done during the Personal Interview)
Total : 300 Marks
*The final admission will depend purely on your performance as mentioned above.

• Last date to Register Online : 30th March 2006

Dear Nazia,
Yes, you are eligible to apply provided you have 50% agregate marks in your Bachelor's Degree Exam.The final selection process will depend on your overall score which consist of your GD Score,PI Score,Academic Records,Psychometric Test,Essay and Work experience(If any).

i had read in a newspaper few months back-it citied iba as an example of institutes claiming big through advertisements bt lackinh basic faculty base and placements.

The total course fee for the PGPM is 3.9 lac (which include tution + hostel + mess charges for the entire 2yrs).

PGPM program is an autonomous programme.

We have got 16 core faculty, the dean of iba is a Doctorate from University of Southern California,PGDM(IIM-A).

Our faculty base is from premier institutes IIMs, TISS,Symbiosis,XLRI... with experience in the corporate world of more than 15 yrs.

sir,

so glad to know tht inspite of being autonomous,iba had very decent fees and good faculty base.placements r pretty decent too and with time will rise substantially.

it could have charged 7-8lacs like some others including icfai alliance n the class......thumbs up for iba
