I am new to this thread, had written CET 2005 (overall score of 14. I am a Pune University candidate. Guess you are already with JBIMS. I needed some help from you regarding this. Actually i am not too sure about the MAT thing. guess JB, KJ, Sydenaham, Welingkars accept MAT scores. so i am confused as to whether i should take the MAt in dec and whether the last date for form fillin has elasped. Also do you have any idea about the last merit rank from pune university that JB closes at? if you could help me with this. any inputs from your end are eagerly awaited.:lookroun:

Say u give MAT and score 99.8%ile u will have the same score in CET , so the moral of teh story is that its not Unfair But it is upto u To know which exam to give ..
Example if uan OMS .. MAT is the first Choice If u aiming For JB ..Again .. The choice of exam may vary from ppl to ppl..

so is it tht if u r nt working for brand company then u r less ahead or makes hurdle to get calls frm B-schools

Hi, actually for gettin into JB thr r 2 ways, give CET or by some national level exams decided by DTE (including MAT).........abt JB it's a fantastic college definitely among Top10 of our country(better than some IIM's).......abt selection process thr is a grt weightage for written score(200/240)..........rest of depends upon GD,PI,W.EX & past Acads.......
