LIBA GD/PI List Out

hi mik
i got thru with a 93.71 percentile
17th march-4:30pm at chennai
i have a doubt..they have mentioned that we need to bring all the original documents as well as the photocopies of mark sheets etc which need to be submitted to LIBA..will they keep the originals with them?

hey mik thanks a lot! u've made life a lot easier for all of us than it possibly cud've been with all of us requiring urgent info from n about down south scenario.

XAT - 91.11 percentile

VA - 78.08 percentile
QUANT - 85.5+ percentile
DI - 92.29 percentile

X - 80.1%
XII - 80.8%
B. TECH. - 65.7%
Work Exp - 025 months

I got my GD/PI on 17th at 9 00 AM
Before that,i got SIOM at Loyola Autonomous, Chennai on 11th & 12th.

What makes u so sure that u r eligible for shortlisting?

109808 has been shortlisted..but 109868 has not been...

@ gulu - yeh this time there has been tremendous hike in shortlisting %tile.. 89+ seems to be the cut off with consistent performance in all the sections...
someone with 99+ here dint have 60+ in one of the section dint get thru..thats so harsh..but thats how it works.
ppl even surprised as they have recd calls from BIM/GIM & not from LIBA...

@nitiNy - I'll talk to the admin & ask him to resend the email...

So did they look at overall percentile or did they look at sectionals being > 60 percentile regardless of the overall percentile ??

Something what TAPMI has done this year.. they have looked at sectionals > 60.. and so the end result is that people with 85 % percentile have calls...

And any particular reason why such high cut offs ?

89+ with 60% in each seems to be the cut off...

Why such high?
its simple gulu..admin selected the best 375 applications...

Loads of factors have improved the brand LIBA...
APJ Abdul Kalam's visit gave a tremendous boost...excellent placement record another factor

so wats up with u?
