Hi

First of all Congrats for getting a call from XIMB. Well your percentile is very gud n definitely u have got a very high chance of getting thru XIMB.

This is Satyen a PGP2 student. I have 2 years of work exp and got placed in Mindtree consulting. One of my batchmate who had 13 yrs of work exp has also got very good offer from Atosorigin & infact the highest pay package.

Regarding ppl with 4-5 years of work exp. , there were few ppl in my batch who had more than 3 yrs of work exp. All got their dream jobs.

About the placements you can see the placement 2006 track record of XIMB in one of the threads.

The PGDBM program in XIMB is such that you can utilise all your experience & learning is immense. Though at the end of 2 yrs i cannot tell you exactly what I have learnt but there is some value addition.

All the best for GD& PI . The only assurance I can give to all ppl with work exp is that If you have the capability & the right kind of profile then there will not be any dearth in offers at XIMB.

well I think you can change ur GD&PI center by contacting the admission office by phone. Try it out asap. There is no prob doing so I guess. If you are not able to do that then I will try to help you out by enquiring about it in the admissions office.
