i see no point in debating abt whether the figure of test takers was 3700 or 3000..stop worrying abt the final ratios.If u have given ur best shot at the exam,expect the best to happen as well...

Well my mail seems to acting as a two headed mule in a country fair...
Guys chill out, it is just that I was so fasinated by looing at the 3700+ for such a good institiute... argueably it is in the same league as XLRI (PMIR) but see the diffrence in the no. of applicants....
as for as Mr. Philosophical NIKHHIL goes... I agree nothing could be change now ... my point of mentioning the no. of applicants was tell that all of us stand a reasonable chance, as the probability says so 30/3700 is better than 1200/180000(CAT).
and as far as 3000/3750 attendance goes... dude i am from hyd ... my centre was shifted to bangalore and in my class only 40/50 students were present... this was seen common in other classes..... as there was centre change many people were not able to attend exam....
Coming to more serious stuff.... I along with a couple of freinds have been collecting lot of material realvent for gd/pi of tiss (in specefic) for the past year or so ... if this group shows some intrest and actively contribute may be we can start our own yahoo group......

start with social issues like euthenesia, capital punishment.... business ethics, CSR and then move on to bussiness issues like FDI in infrastuctre ... I can give you the web links where you can get gyaan on financial issues....
