sorry dude for delayed response as i didn't visitied the forum from quite some time, well schneider is now paying 3.75 lpa to freshers, also sinking of economy have not decreased the packages of good companies for freshers, it still more than last year, i personally feel that in 2008, there are many good paymasters who can pay a fresher some where around 5-6 lpa.(eye for top pay masters only, and you will settle with good pay and quality work) All the best!
