sorry dude for delayed response as i didn't visitied the forum from quite some time, well schneider is now paying 3.75 lpa to freshers, also sinking of economy have not decreased the packages of good companies for freshers, it still more than last year, i personally feel that in 2008, there are many good paymasters who can pay a fresher some where around 5-6 lpa.(eye for top pay masters only, and you will settle with good pay and quality work) All the best!

PS: If you have any info about Samsung SISO Bangalore(work culture, pressure, salaries, growth?) do let me know?...

Hey,
i have a doubt.. hopin u'll clear it.. i am an MBA with Finance,banking and insurance specialization. I am looking for a job..i read wat u had written in carrer discussion thread.. is that really true that getting finance job is really tough.. i actually posted my resume to some of the consultancy and i haven heard from them.. i am a fresher too.. i have very little idea of wat's happening in the market.. so hope u can enlighten me..
