I have a query regarding Attestation of academic records..

it is mentioned in the application form that

Instructions

11) Academic records in the application form can be attested by the Registrar, the Principal, Head of the Department or a Gazetted Officer (central or state govt.). In the case of letter or point grades or if applicants are in the final year, the attestation has to be done by the Registrar, the Principal, the Director or the Head of the Department.

And,my college issues point grades. so what am i supposed to do?

get it attested from registrar or principal from my college.... or..attestation from registrar or principal from any college will do??
