I am also waitlisted in general category at IIMB (waitlist no. 88 )...i just want to ask whether we have to send any confirmation to IIMB office...or any other procedure to show our intent of joining...also do i stand any chance of converting??...and if u have any info as to when we will get to know whether we have secured a seat...please help me dude...its a god sent opportunity and i dont want to miss it by any chance!!!

Consider other options. I wouldn't even want to study at such a place. IIMS and SPJain is blacklisted from my list forever.

It was a very informal reply. There selection procedure is pretty flawed. I too haven't got a call. With an IIT background and 99.91/99.97 %ile. I am fit for IIMs but not for S P JAIN. They are going to ruin their reputation. So many of the people in the first list couldn't even clear the 80%ile barrier in CAT/XAT... and they think these people will become better managers.
