I was reading your scraps in FRM and MBA Admissions Forum.
My situation is very similar to you.I did my B Tech from IIT KGP presently working in Big 4 audit for 1 year.I have given CFA L1 this June.
Basically I am planning to go for a MS Finance program next year.

Since you are L3 candidate I guess you must have done some research in finance job market in India.Will finance work ex in India give me enough exposure to decide which area in finance lies my true interest or will it just be that I would be stuck up in operations/back office operation.
