    the total fees for IIT B turns out be close to 10(bcoz the mess fees is not included in the 8.86 figure)
    Also , r u very sure abt the fee IIT B keeps if u withdraw, is it just 1000?
    i m not too sure abt IIT D keeping 1000+12000also. if u know pl pl let me know
