Since the figure is symmetrical, consider only one triangle and one square.
Total points inside the triangle expect the ones on the y-axis are = 5+4+3+2+1 = 15.
for two triangles = 30.
Total points inside the square is = 6*5 = 30
for two squares = 30*2 = 60
The points on y-axis = 6+6 = 12
Total = 30+60+12 = 102
