I'm Mohit Rodeja, General Category, and have been waitlisted at 22 for the MBA program. The forums have revealed that the list moved till 28 last year, but just now I read on one of the forums that the list had moved upto 28 only "because quota was introduced so 8 seats were increased" (sic).

What does this mean, specifically for me - does it mean I don't convert or does it mean I have a good chance?
