IMS key is 23.75. Do i have a chance for getting a call?

Hi Arpit..m contacting you as u r from IIFT..hope u can help me out with any of the admin person's cell number..particularly i need the cell number of Gaurav Gulati...i have his office number and other IIFT numbers but its difficult to reach him there ..its always busy..even if i get it will come to know that he is not there or will come later.
I have an issue with online application form...dint get my application ID but money is deducted...

im facing a prob. while filling the application form ONLNE.therez an Error vich says tht "TRANSACTION CUD NOT BE COMPLETED.PLZ TRY AGAIN".i hv tried manyyyyy times but thn also im facing dis prob.I use IntrnetExplorer6.Kidlyy suggest me wat 2do as i need this form asap........!!!!!!!
