Have been seeing a couple of ads in the news paper of this B school. When do we enrol for the June batch? do we need work experience for the part time course? can we do the canada program and the bharathidasan program together?Please reply quickly, i need to decide.

What would be the minimum CAT score that could get you into SMOT.?
There may be lot of other factors other than CAT score, but do let me know what was average CAT score in current batch.
(pls dont over show the CAT score which many others do just to make an good impression of their college)

One thing is sure if one applys to SMOT, one is sure to get a fair chance at the admission process..As in SMOT, due weightage is given to the personal interview as well as the profile of the candidate as much as competitive scores. Previous batches had a mean average of 70 but was not a limiter to such of those candidates who were lower or higher provided they were good at the interview stage.

please throw some light on fee for ur courses..and does PGDBA from two different univ's have difference in terms of fee and placements.?

Is there student exchange program or twining pgm with Saint mary's.?If yes, how many has gone to Canada through SMOT.?

Bharathidasan University:Full Time

Rs.3,85,000/- which includes tuition fee, examination fee, out bound training, placement assistance, text books and course materails, value added courses

Saint Mary's University: Full Time

Rs.4,25,000/- which includes tuition fee, examination fee, out bound training, placement assistance, text books and course materails, value added courses

We are an equal opportunity facilitator and hence allow the students of either universities to fight it out to win over the recruiters. So the preference of one over the other is not advocated by us as both the Universities have excellent ranking and curriculum...FYI Bharathidasan University program commenced only the academic year 2011.

Regarding student exchange program, yes we have an understanding, where SMOT students can pursue their Higher Education at Saint Mary's University, Halifax, Canada provided University and Visa norms are adhered to. Credit transfer may be possible.

As regards the students opting to go Canada, while this option is available and is left to the students to pursue, no student has exercised this option as yet.
