MAT filling up for 5 institutes? -

Hi,
I have applied for September 09 MAT... It says that i have to fill in details of 5 institutes where my "scores will be sent"... What do they mean by this?
Does that mean i don't have to apply to those institutes separately by filling in their respective forms??
PLEASE CLARIFY

Yeah,filling up five Institutes name only creates a link between u and the respective Institutes.After a call,u need to apply them separately along with required amount of DD.U can also apply other Institutes individually according to cut-offs.
