Are all india candidates also considered while making the state merit list ?i mean are there ai candidates in the state merit list as well ?

do they consider d state rank or university rank??
does d score matter much or d rank????
wats considered:- the score or d rank?????

on this link u can check d university rank of any guy in d allotment list of any college by usin his application id.....
cuz i think university ranks will giv better idea about allotments than state ranks....
my uni rank is 381 n state rank 2916...m open pune uni guy..
n last yr a guy with same state rank got Sinhgad vadgaon....bt his uni rank was close to 320 or somthin...n last open category guy though 2976 state rank has uni rank 367....
dat means my chances r nt bright for sinhgad........so by comparin wid last yr students we can predict d colleges wid good accuracy...
