don't want to get into an arguement that's going nowhere...many papers say many things and good for u to believe them...and specially that b.com students can fetch a salary of 14 lac(when even many mba(masters) students from iim's struggle to get that)....also many papers come out with adds of IIP M claiming no.1 college after IIM's and with mind boggling salaries recieved...please trust them also....

don't want to continue all this, we are here to gain knowledge and give as much knowledge we have to others, so that all can benifit.....and no offence meant...

also if such a thing(b.com students getting 14 lac happened then that won't be bcoz of b.com from srcc, they must have done something else part time like CA/CFA or rather joined their Family Business)....

yes it is there.
My frnd is in ISBM. His seniors come to him and tell him i want this presentation to be completed in next 15 mins.After 15 mins, they will give u something else.
THough u will curse the seniors for overburdening u, in the long run, it will help u only.
Baaki normal ragging hota bhi hai to np... u cum 2 kno d seniors

The CAP rounds will start in a day or two.They have not yet put up the exact date.
Keep checking the DTE site.

i am a fresher n just finished my engg. i scored 141 marks in total. my air is 3011 n state rank is 2408. i am A type candidate.
i wanna know tht whether i ll get good college this year wid this ranks or should i wait for my mnc call through campus.
plz suggest colleges which i might get this year. thank u in advance.

Hi rucca !

Considering you are from Mumbai University ; you wont be getting a decent college ( at least in Pune or Mumbai ) . That is my personal opinion and I'll even go as far as suggesting that do wait for your job this year ( considering you have already landed it i.e. you have been selected ). Instead of doing your MBA from a not-so-nice institute I suggest you take some work ex and then try sincerely for next year CET or other exams.....

Guys just called the dte office in Mumbai. Some lady picked up the phone and said that the notification will be out next week.

Why is this process so slow!! They should have been prepared with the dates even before the written exam.

Well last year the CAP process started on 3rd of july and the first list was out on the 11th of July.Here is the link to last years schedule.

And this year the admissions are likely to happen late by about a week.

My main problem is that I have to inform to my manager that I wud be leaving but I can do that only if I get thru to JB. And the worst part is my Company requires a 3 month notice period. I dunno how my manager will react.
