i had applied for amity among five colleges before exam.

i got mail from amity shown below.

Dear MBA Aspirant,
Congratulations!

On the basis of your MAT score, you qualify for the final admission process of Amity.


With your score, you are eligible to apply for the MBA programmes of Amity University, Uttar Pradesh at Noida & Lucknow campuses and Amity University Rajasthan at Jaipur Campus (Click Here for the list of Programmes). You are also required to meet the academic eligibility mentioned in the list. If you still have to appear in the final examination for the Bachelor degree, then you should have minimum 50% up till the last qualifying semester/year.

To apply please follow these steps. Kindly do not apply, if you have already submitted your Amity Application form.

my doubt is i had already applied it for during mat exam should i send my required details again by taking dd.

is it worth applying for amity.

got 98.45% im may mat.

decided to crack cat 09.

should i apply and when would they call for gd's and how will be the college..............so many doubts

hey buddy...when u thought of giving a shot at cat...again why r u hellbent on going to these colleges which is not worth the money u will be spending....amity has got a very poor roi.....u will land up nowhere after 2 yrs....why r u so confused...i see no reason behind that....ur profile is so good...cat is the thing which u deserve......

lemme tell u bro, to be very frank, had my profile been as good as urs...i would not have given a second thought be4 going for cat......

I got a call from Asia Pacific in the month of March and I went there for GD/PI. The panel was good for interview. But I did not took admission there because of some factors like:

The fees structure is 7.05 lac. without hostel. Hostel cost approx 6-7 thousand in a month.
And the placement is Highest : 7.00 lac. and the avg. is near about 4.00 lac and till March placement was 70% completed according to the information given by college representative.
These are the placement data for 2009 pass out batch.

It seemed to me costly option so I did not opt for that.

yeah...its not good to go for alliance now.

i had applied for amity noida.......

i scored 96%tile......in may mat.
bt not found a single good college under mat
well now i think.i must wait for thr call ......i m sure they will call.and thn watch out tht its gud or not.and thn apply....bcoz if they call they will provide full info abt the course and seats.......

now i do apply for only those coll.which are really gud and....do call me.for gd/pi.

well christ college had stopp taking admission for 2009-11 batch.and its not taking may mat result.......

i truly found its totlly waste of money giviong mat in may month

i had decided for aim cat09 and enrolled for time batch.
since i got mail i want to confirm with u whether there is worth of attending gd/pi r will i get any experience from that.

just i thougt to attend gd/pi as i thought it is a good colege.

no need buddy.....what i wanted to say is that u better concentrate on cat 09 rather than thinking of such colleges.......if u even get 85%le + in cat....u will get better colleges than smot or amity anyday....i can bet on that....

so why waste ur parents hard earned money on sthg which u may repent later on....

so fasten ur belts dear....cat is on the way.....and u have 2 bell it....

i completed my graduation in 2008
i got a composite score of 682 with a percentile of 91.03 in may09
in X i have 68%
in XII i have 73 %
in B.Tech i9 have 72.06% in electrical engineering
till now i have applied to amity noida
can any one suggest me best b schools

dude,go through the previous posts and u ll find ur answer.but anyways try for iba,ndim,empi,singhad,met,chetna,jaipuria.they are still on for admissions.
