can bcom gradute distance give mat xat or any realted exam for mba

Hi everyone

I m new to this site ,

Really this site has lots of information about mba,

I also want to know something more,

I m doing correspondence bcom from icfai in final year ,

Can I give the mat exam or xat or any exam related to mba so that I can do mba from Best college ,

Is there eligibility for giving exam? ,

What is minimum percentage required in graduation to give these exams,

Pls do reply as i m not able decide about my career ,
