why do u consider puttin in too much effort as ur weakness??(had written tat my weakness is tat i put in too much effort more dan rqd to do sm tasks)
he ws extremely happy wit d answer
P2:asked how launch of lowfare airlines hv been sifnificant??(frm my prfile form)
answered quite well..had prprd..had a discussion...
den thank yous nd buhbyes

overall rocking..
NO GK
NO acads
NO grilling at all...

am happy coz i had heard tat they grill u at JBIMS centre

CET score:124...97.5 percentile...

Hey!

I had my GD/PI on 14th May, 10 P.M at Welingkar, Mumbai

The process was carried out really smoothly and it was over in an hour...

Initially they take you to a waiting room, where they ask you to fill the form mentioned before, either reach the place a little early or fill the form quickly cause there are a lot of questions to fill. Some people in our batch could not complete the form.

The GD topics were:
"Infrastructure development is the sign of progress of a nation."
OR
"If India is to progress, youth must be motivated to become employers not employees."

There were 8 students in my group.
I wanted the second topic but 6 out of 8 voted for the first topic.

PI:
There were 2 elderly gentlemen on the panel.
The questions asked were very general, all related to my profile.
About why I took up IT field.
My parents line of work.
Do I consider high compensation as a motivation for the employees to work better?
About the institutes from where I graduated.
About the institutes where I'm likely to take admission.
How I chose the institutes that I' aiming for.

That was it...

The panelists were very friendly and put me at ease immediately.

gd topics..
1. Wil mumbai reamin the commercial capital of india?
2. Judicial activism is a threat to parliamentary democracy.

all of us chose the first one..

we were 6 in the group..
gd went on quite well... no fish market at all....

pi was also quite okay.. had to convince them that i need to do an mba and the benefits of it...

overall quite good...

was done by 5.50...
all done in 50 mins!!!!

How long did ur full procedure take? Even i hv my interview in somaiya tomorrow, so enquiring.. and how were the panelists? cool types?
