buddy infact u have a very good chance of converting it, as the expected cut-offs are around 180-181, and in case u have 4/4 (PAR), u need arnd 26/34 in gd/pi which is very much possible

where do we convert our our score...is it on some site..how to convert ur score...well i have 99.91 in FEB Mat...wat chances do i stand...also 4/4 in PAR...n may b work ex ka 1 no. mil jaye...can u let me know abt my chances...n wen do we need to register for gd pi..awaiting response...

Hi. I am oms candidate candidate with mat score of 99.84 % which after conversion will be equivalent to 146. Par + Work-ex i have 4/6. Total = 150/206. JB is almost impossible hope i get thru SIMSREE.

Congrats for your score buddy...
26/34 is not that tough but still u got to work hard even fr getting that much. wat ill suggest is dont target just 26 ..keep a target of 32+/34..then nobody can stop u getting 26-28 in gd pi...this year OMS cutoff should be around 188 (+1 OR -1)...ur score wud be 158 not 159 in written as they take the lowest score of the same percentile in cet. hence u wud be needing 30-31/40 ...trust me its not that tough...only thing required is hard work and determination from ur side....
This is ur golden chance..do not let it go away....

This year OMS cut off fr JB is said to be in the range of 187-188 instead of 180-181 (this is fr Mumbai Open category)...So u wud need 36+/40 fr JBIMS, which is tough but not impossible...just 4get abt everything and concentrate fully on gd pi...n target only JBIMS fr the time being...nothing to loose...

Hi Amit,

u convert the score considering the lowest mark of the same percentile in the cet exam..eg..if in cet there are 2 students getting 99.91 percentile hv diff score..like one has 150..another 149....so if mat's 99.91 percentile is converted, score of 149 is to be taken..
.so ur score shud be either 150 or 149...
total score = 149+4= 153...
u wud require almost 34/34 in ur gd pi...as OMS cut off is predicted at around 187-188.so jst work very hard towards it...
